Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned items paid using a gift voucher will be credited onto an online Gift Voucher Code to be redeemed for future orders.

- I returned an item, when will I be refunded?

Upon receipt of the goods in our logistics center, we will refund the value of the goods. We confirm by e-mail the receipt of your package and inform you of the number of items returned and the amount that will be refunded. As a rule, the refund is made using the same method of payment as that used during your order. Depending on the method of payment, 8 to 10 business days may pass between the receipt of our e-mail and the actual arrival of money on your account. Atelier Ruffles will refund the amount of the item excluding the delivery fee, paid at the time of placing the order.
- I would like to return an item, but my package did not contain a return sticker. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service by telephone or e-mail. Customer Service will immediately send you an e-mail return sticker to the e-mail address you desire. When you receive the return slip, please print it and paste it clearly on the package containing your return. Then send your package to a subsidiary (to be confirmed in a separate e-mail).
